International Quality Standards
NOVA INFRASYS manufactures parallel threaded mechanical splicing systems designed for the connection of concrete reinforcing bars of 16mm to 56 mm, manufactured adopting international quality conforming to British & American standards BS 8110 (1997) & ACI 318 (2005), ACI 349, ASME Sec III, Div 2. The mechanical splice connection develops in tension or compression more than 125% of the specified yield strength of the concrete reinforcement bar.

Advanced Manufacturing Process
Our manufacturing process involves A3 steps: cutting, cold forging & threading with numerical control (CNC) for making couplers. The connection was designed under strict quality assurance by the ACP to withstand a minimum breaking strength of 650 N/MM2. We use EN 8D or C-45 steel purchased from ISMT, tested and inspected as per raw material quality plan.

We manufacture & supply couplers and provide threading job work of TMT bars on site for construction industry. Our manufacturing unit follows strict procedures for Production, Maintenance & Quality Control. We also manufacture Bar Break (BB) Type 2 cold forged parallel Threaded Mechanical Coupler as per Seismic Design ACI-318 on client's specific order. Additionally, we provide all type of Fabrication works in MS & SS.
